Title. Our church services are back up and running. We look forward to welcoming you to the service. We meet at 5 Bay Street Rockdale each Sunday at 9.30am. We will be following the COVID-19 guidelines set down by the Government and the Uniting Church. On arrival you will be asked to use hand sanitizer, keep socially distanced, and use a mask.

Our history - Rockdale Uniting Church

The Uniting Church in Australia was inaugurated on 22nd June 1977, but the Congregational and the Methodist Churches here in Rockdale had already come together about 2 years earlier to form one congregation. In November 1981 the West Botany St. Church held its final service and joined our church.

James later gave the land on which the church is sited today. The first church, Rocky Point Wesleyan Chapel, was opened on 26/12/1858. By 1871 the congregation had outgrown the original Chapel and the present church building was erected.
