September 18, 2022 • 2 reviews. 5 /10. We usually like to come to the Mill because the food is always excellent. Last night unfortunately the food and wait service was terrible. We ordered the tomahawk steak which cost $280.00 - I don't mind spending money on steak so long as it tastes great.
The menu features wood-fire and charcoal dishes cooked over a custom-made 2.4m vertical/asado wood grill, and a 4.5m charcoal-burning Lebanese chicken station. The Paper Mill is Food Made Social, and a fresh new page in Sydney's dining scene. It's affordable luxury, offered up in style, and it's in Liverpool and proudly Made in the West.
