The Balmoral Boatshed is located in Mosman on Sydney Harbour, at the entrance to the picturesque Middle Harbour area. By car we are 15 minutes from the CBD and by boat we are in one of the safest, most protected parts of the harbour. Having been fully rebuilt in 2006 the Boatshed has sat on this very site since the early 1900′s.
