Library Online Resources. Police Department. The Huxley Police Department is located north of the 3C's building at 515 N Main Ave. in Huxley, Iowa 50124. Chief Stoll started his career in Huxley as a reserve officer in 1992. He was hired as a full-time officer in 1994.
