just as the waves connect to the shore. Been doing yoga flow for a while now but just started our 1st yin classes with Maddy recently. Have found them extremely beneficial. So engaging, the 1 hour class flys by so fast. Really enjoyed the session. Definitely will come back. Was great to be back in the studio with the coastline community!
