NPC-300 is Ontario's new environmental noise criteria guidelines

As noted by the MOE on the Environmental Registry, NPC‑300 replaces four now-superseded guidelines: NPC-205, NPC-232, LU-131 and "Noise Assessment Criteria in Land Use Planning: Requirements, Procedures and Implementation.". O n November 16, 2010, the Ministry of Environment ("MOE") posted a draft of its updated noise criteria guideline, Publication NPC-300.
