Horton is a small, friendly village on the slopes of the Blackdown Hills, situated 5 miles north of Chard and 2.5 miles west of Ilminster, in the county of Somerset, south-west England. It currently has a population of some 850 people. The old "Victory Hall" had been in service since 1919 having been built in 1822 as a Church of England Chapel.

The Horton Film Club is offering a local, affordable and a quality. cinema experience for all in our community. Films are shown in Horton Village Hall with doors opening for members at 7:00pm and non members being welcome from 7:15pm. Members pay £25 for 11 films. Non members pay £5 per film.
