A really bad ongoing issue. I had a really bad ongoing customer service experience with the Lott regarding my account. I found them extremely unhelpful and dismissive so after weeks of back and forth emails and phone calls, I finally demanded to speak to a manager who eventually cleared the issue up (I hope).
