Community Facility Hire. The City of Joondalup offers a large range of beaches, community facilities, parks and tennis courts. These may be used to hold events such as weddings, birthday parties and other functions. Located in the Rose Lipman Building, a well-known community art space in the 1960s, that later became a library and community centre, the Community Hall is now a part of the Mill Co Project, and is available for hire for a variety of purposes, including as a rehearsal space.
