Mercy Health O'Connell Family Centre is one of three early parenting centres in Victoria. We run residential, day and community programs working with families with children from birth to four years of age. We are a publicly funded facility. Your child's early years are important in their development. We understand it can be hard work and tiring.
Referral process. Please fill out all of the information on the referral form, then print and fax to 03 8416 7650. Step 1 Health professionals. Complete the referral form located on the website.
We serve the community through Mercy Hospital for Women (Heidelberg), Werribee Mercy Hospital, Mercy Health O'Connell Family Centre (Canterbury), Mercy Mental Health (south west metropolitan Melbourne) and Mercy Palliative Care. Our New South Wales services include Mercy Health Albury and Mercy Care Centre Young.

Mercy Health O'Connell Family Centre is focused on the needs of vulnerable families and young children. The residential, day and community programs provide child-focused parenting skills to promote safe child development. The centre is increasing its support for vulnerable families including families with mental health issues.
Early Parenting Centre, providing Residential Programs and Day Stay Programs. Psychiatric Services are available in the Residential program. Psychological consultations are available for all programs.
