A man has died, and a woman has been rescued following an incident at Dights Falls in Abbotsford this morning. Police from the Search and Rescue, Water Police and Airwing along with the assistance of Ambulance Victoria, Fire Rescue Victoria and the SES responded to reports the pair had overturned a canoe in rapid waters about 1.30am.
