1 review of A-1 Sharpening "They are located at 322 Broadway Blvd i Polk City. We made the effort to find this mom and pop knife sharpening business and are so glad we did. This is a lost art and there are many hackers out there, but not these folks. They did our shears while we waited. They service chefs and restaurants and had tons of used knives for sale from fifty cents.
