Merge fitness and fun in our Open Adult Class. Commercial dance combines a number of different dance styles from Jazz to Hip-hop to Breakdancing. This class will explore these styles in a fun and safe environment, with a new routine to learn every week.
Learn to impress with all the coolest moves! Our Break classes are not only tons of fun, but are great for building strength too. Students will learn how to hold freezes, try floor and foot work and freestyle to the coolest music. Mixing technical fundamentals with high-energy movement and a 'freestyle' end to each class.
