Classes | Stay In The Fight | Boxing & Fitness Classes in Wanneroo

Our Fighting Strong class is a 45 minute session broken up into two parts; starting off with boxing, we will be implementing combinations on the bag, pad work and other variations of boxing style fitness. Once broken out into a sweat and the body is warmed up, we will be slowing down the session and heading into weight based training as a group.
